Shipping policy

At Coconut & Beaches, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. As a slow-fashion brand, our pieces are not mass-produced, and we require 1–2 weeks to prepare and ship your order.

Please note that this is our processing time and does not include transit time once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

During busy periods, major sales, and new collection launches, production and dispatch may take longer than usual. While we always work as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces.

If you are purchasing for an event, vacation, wedding, or another special occasion, please contact us before placing your order at coconutandbeaches@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery timeline, but a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping or production delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or returns.
